I found the source of that interview of Mary Moorman. It was from the September 1964 CBS Special on the assassination that was broadcast the same time that the Warren Report was released. Since it was 2 hours without commercials, it was a big production. So, when did they actually shoot the clip of Mary and Jean? I could only guess. It was windy, and it's more likely to be windy in the spring than the summer.

What's amazing is that, there she was on national television, saying that she aimed the camera at them for several seconds because "I wanted to make sure they were looking at me" and then, it instantly jumped to this:

Look at them both together:

See any discrepancy there? Not only did she not take that picture, but the picture she took could not have looked anything like it. Plus, she said and demonstrated that she got out in the street. But, to take that picture she would have had to let them pass; turn; and then shoot them from behind. But, how could she remain in the street with the motorcycle so close? The whole idea that, even though she had them in her viewfinder long before they reached her, that she waited until they passed her and then shot the back of their heads is not credible. Even though she eventually changed her story and started saying that she took the picture when the Kennedys were even with her, that doesn't make this work either. It doesn't save it. The Moorman photo of fame is NOT the one that Mary took.
