The Barage in the Garage

by Ralph C. Cinque

The Barage in the Garage isn't credible. What was "Ruby" supposed to be doing? Was he fighting? Was it him versus those big Dallas cops in a brawl? We don't see the slightest resistance or aggression on the part of "Ruby." He never punches, kicks, slaps, spits, shoves... nothing!

Imagine if it was you. I'll imagine if it was me. Now, if someone, other than law enforcement, got aggressive or violent with me, I would fight like a mudderrucker. I have fought like a mudderrucker.
But, I'm not going to fight the cops. If I'm in a basement, and all of a sudden the cops jump me, which was Ruby's experience according to him, I am going to let them prevail. I'm going to lie flat on the ground, and if my hands are free, I'll cover up my head. But, I'm not gong to resist or struggle. I'm just going to hope that they put my hands behind my back and cuff me.
And all the while, I'll be thinking to myself that they are going to regret this, that I am going to go after them legally, with a vengeance. I'm going to sue them for millions. They'll be lucky if they don't lose their jobs. They'll be lucky if they don't get criminal charges filed against them! That's what I'll be thinking.
But, what are we supposed to assume was going on during the Barage in the Garage? What were all those men doing to "Ruby" and what was he doing? Note that we can see in the films that the Shooter dives into the waiting arms of the police. And he does so in a totally non-aggressive way. It's more like a swan dive. He doesn't flail his arms or legs. He is completely, totally passive. If he wasn't fighting them or resisting them, and he clearly wasn't, what was going on? You can't possibly construe that there was a struggle going on. It takes 2 to struggle, at least 2, and he wasn't struggling.
In other words, he was done the moment it started. There was nothing to struggle about. There was nothing to have any pandemonium about.
So, I am asking the intelligent people here to join me in realizing that Barage in the Garage was just a big act. There was absolutely no atercation going on between "Ruby" and the cops. There was complete, total cooperation between them. It was really just them trying to keep the Shooter covered, since he was Bookhout, while at the same time, manuvering him into the jail office.
And there is no other way to interpret it. You would have to be an idiot to think that they were actually fighting.
But, let's move on. Say it's me, and once the ruckus is over, then I'll ask them, "What is that you think I did?" At that point, I'll stand up to them. And that's when they'll find out who they are dealing with.
But, let's say that they drag me up to the 5th floor, and they tell me that I shot Boscoe. And for the sake of the story, we'll say I had a gun on me. It's inconceivable that I would go down to a police basement armed, but I have to say that to make this work. But, let's say that I'm still the same person that I am, which is to say: not a criminal, not a murderer, and not a maniac.
So, they tell me that I shot Boscoe, but I know very well that I did not. And I know that as certain as I know anything. I know it as certain as I know that the cops jumped me in the garage. So, their telling me that I shot Boscoe is going to have no effect at all on my awareness and understanding of what happened. I'm not going to be phased by it at all. My response is going to be,
"Are you out of your mind? I did not! You're lying! I didn't even have my gun out. It was in my pocket, and someone reached in and took it. Now, where is it? Who's got it? Get it over here. Let's smell the muzzle and see if it's been fired. Let's inspect the cylinder. I did not fire that gun. You cops are lying. And you're not going to get away with it. Now, I want my lawyer immediately. I'm not saying another word until I talk to him. And believe me, he is going to know everything."
Now, the truth is that they wouldn't try a thing like that against me. They would know that it was futile. But, you know how Ruby responded when they told him? He just said, "My God, My God," EVEN THOUGH HIS COGNITIVE EXPERIENCE WAS THE SAME AS WHAT I JUST DESCRIBED ABOUT MYSELF.
They targeted Ruby in this scheme precisely because they knew he was mentally impaired. And I'm sure they had a hand in that too since Ruby was heavily drugged. This was a time in his life in which he was taking heavy doses of amphetamines and suffering from severe sleep deprivation. If you read the chronicle of the last 4 days of his free life, from the Thursday to the Sunday, he got something like 7 hours of sleep. And this had been going on for a long time. So, he was drugged and sleep-deprived, which are both cardinal elements of the MK-ULTRA program (and I am going to remind you that I made a gripping movie in which the CIA MK-ULTRA program is like a character in the story. You can watch it here for free:
So, they knew how totally screwed up Ruby was. They knew that he would believe whatever they told him. And I'm sure they were very soft and gentle with him. No rough stuff. It wasn't like Law and Order. It was just the opposite. This was all about mind control, and Jack Ruby's mind was very easy to control. Having these friendly cops speak to him softly and gently was like hypnotism.
But remember: the Barage in the Garage was a complete act. It wasn't real. And it wasn't even Jack Ruby. Damn Penguins.
