Ralph Cinque has made the single most important discovery in the last 60 years since our justice system failed in investigating the murder of the president. He pointed out that the "Ruby shot Oswald" story is a complete fabrication. I was astounded when I saw him make his report on the New JFK Show. I independently studied the photographic record to substantiate or refute his claim and discovered photos that are clearly altered to hide the true identity of the real shooter of Oswald. Why should there be photos that are altered in this way?? Because Ralph is 100% correct in pointing out what should be obvious to all credible researchers. It is NOT Ruby shooting Oswald in the DPD basement. The historic record will prove he is correct as the photographic record clearly supports his claim. There are NO photos which prove it is Ruby and the fudged photos and films bolster his assertion. Once real researchers look into the facts they could only come to the same conclusion. I have posted a news clip that substantiates how news cameras were removed "at the last minute" in "unusual security precautions" just before the falsely accused Oswald was murdered while in police custody. I have quoted newsmen like Ike Pappas who was the closest reporter to the shooter as he has publicly stated: Ike Pappas: NATIONAL PRESS CLUB 50th Anniversary

“I didn’t know who it was… who shot him, I didn’t see a face”. Newsmen like Bob Huffaker ( another news man who was not cordoned off as most were ) when Huffaker reported: “Lee Harold Oswald has been shot” …. “The man who saw the shot fired said it was a man in a black hat. A man everyone down here thought was a secret service agent”. There is NO reason to believe Ruby shot Oswald except false witness accounts. I call them "false witness accounts" because there is no photographic record which supports these claims.
