Alright, then in that case, Doc Whiteraven, why didn't Oswald act surprised when he entered the garage and into a media spectacle? I say he didn't act surprised because he was prepped. He was recruited into the plot, except that he didn't know he was going to die at the end. They must have told him that they were going to get him out of this by faking his death.
