I have been challenged to give an example of one of Judyth Baker's untruths, so I shall. She claims that Oswald went to Mexico City to deliver the bio-weapon she had developed. But, the truth is that Oswald never went to Mexico City. And he said he didn't. When asked, he said that the only place in Mexico he ever went was Tijuana.

And I know what he was talking about because he was stationed at the Marine base in Oceanside, California, and I used to live in Oceanside. I practiced Chiropractic there in the 1970s. And it was a common thing for people to drive down to Tijuana, especially young people who were in the mood for some hell-raising. Like Marines, for instance?
Oswald was being charged with the murder of two men. So, why would he lie about going to Mexico City? Plus, he was innocent, so why would he lie about anything? So, who are you going to believe him or Judyth Baker?
I had the honor of speaking to Mark Lane on the phone. It was just once, but we talked for a long time. And one of the things we discussed was that Oswald never went to Mexico City. He maintained that since December 1963.
No photos (except phony ones). No film. No audio recordings. The CIA was reportedly following Oswald the whole time, but they never got a picture of him? Not even from behind? Here, the esteemed researcher John Armstrong talks about why he rejects that Oswald ever went to Mexico City.

When first asked, Marina knew nothing about Oswald going to Mexico City. She denied that he ever said it. Later, after she was brainwashed, she went along with it, but she went along with a lot of things that weren't true. She became the Stepford Wife of the FBI.
I'll close by sharing something else that Mark Lane told me. He said he gave a lecture once at UCLA, at Royce Hall. I went to UCLA for 4 years, and I remember Royce Hall. It's right across from the library.
So, he gave a lecture there about the JFK assassination, and one of the things he said was that Oswald never went to Mexico City. And unbeknownst to him, David Atlee Philips was in the audience. And he said that afterwards, Philips came up to him and admitted that Oswald never went to Mexico City.
So, what Judyth Baker does is take elements of Oswald's story, and she inserts herself into them. And his delivering the bioweapon was how she inserted herself into the Mexico City story. Except that it wasn't his story, and it is an utter lie. You really need to stop believing her, and if you won't, then go to one of her Facebook pages. She has many.
This page needs to be Judyth-free because we defend Oswald against all charges, including the charge of adultery.
