It is a manipulated eyebrow on Oswald on the left. I realize that he had a swelling above his left eye, but as you can see on the right, it did not distort his eyebrow that much.

So, why did they do what they did on the left? Well, I found an old CIA manual that stated that altering the eyebrows is an effective way to change a person's looks and get away with it.

You could not duplicate that look with your facial muscles. Go in the bathroom and look in the mirror and start raising your eyebrows. And look at the circular course of that eyebrow. The only way a person could get that is with an eyebrown pencil. And of course, they would have to shave their natural eyebrow, as women sometimes do.

So why did they do it in this case? I think it was to distance Oswald from the Doorway Man in the Altgens photo. What we are looking at here is the U.S. government killing John F. Kennedy.
