In a 12,000 page document, Saddam Hussein informed the UN that he had destroyed all his WMDs. But US Secretary of State Colin Powell, with a lot of flourish and fanfare, told the UN that he was a liar. But, it turned out that Hussein was the one telling the truth.
That means that all the killing that we did in Iraq was illegal, and that includes the killing that Chris Kyle did.
According to multiple sources, including researchers at Johns Hopkins University as published in Lancet, over 1,000,000 people have been killed in Iraq since the start of the US invasion of Iraq in 2003.

But, what heartens me is that two celebrities have come out against this new movie which celebrates US military agression: Michael Moore and Seth Rogan.
Michael Moore tweeted the following:
My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren't heroes. And invaders r worse
And here is what Seth Rogan tweeted:
American Sniper kind of reminds me of the movie that's showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds.
Exactly! And, if you don't know it, Inglorious Basterds is a great movie. In it, Hitler and the Nazi brass have gathered at a theater in occupied France to watch a Nazi propaganda war movie in which an acclaimed sniper of theirs plays himself in the movie, reenacting and glorifying his many kills. The title of the movie could have been "German Sniper." Maybe it was.
