And thanks for putting up Roberts' whole statement:
He lied, Backes. They were not going 15 to 20 miles per hour, and the follow-up car was not 20 to 25 feet behind.
I'll break this down to your dim-witted level, Backes:
It doesn't matter what you think Roberts meant as to exactly when he picked up the car phone to talk to Lawson. The fact is that he said he was on the phone, and we can see that he was on the phone in the Altgens photo. So, regardless of what he said and what he meant, we can see with our own eyes that he was on the phone.
And we know what time that was. It was before the fatal head shot. It was at a time when it was still possible to save Kennedy. And when the very thing that was needed was speed- all the speed they could possibly muster- Roberts was telling someone not to drive too fast.
The crucial thing is that Roberts admitted that he was on the phone. And that means that what we're seeing here of him appearing to be on the phone must be just that. Otherwise, it's just a big coincidence, and I think I've made my position on JFK coincidences perfectly clear.
Everything about this image speaks of Roberts being on the phone.
He's talking on the phone, and it is before the fatal head shot.
