Backes says that this is "pure bull shit":

So, Backes denies that that is Emory Roberts' right hand that is holding a communication device which he is talking into. But, do you know who doesn't deny it? Emory Roberts.

"Just after the third shot was fired, I picked up the car radio and said "Halfback (code name for SS. Follow-up car) to Lawson (the SS agent riding in the lead car), 'The President has been hit. Escort us to the nearest hospital, fast but at a safe speed.' I repeated the message, requesting to be cautious, meaning the speed. I had in mind Vice President Johnson's safety, as well as the President's, if he was not already dead."

The only discrepancy in that statement to what we see in the Altgens photo is the number of shots that had transpired. Roberts said 3, but according to the official story, only 2 had transpired. That's because it was before the fatal head shot, which was, officially, the 3rd and final shot.

But, in fact, Emory was right that 3 shots had been fired: the missed shot, the back shot, and the throat shot. In fact, there may have been more than 3 shots fired at that point, but there definitely weren't less.

So, there is confirmation from Roberts himself that he was indeed talking on the phone at that moment.

It's definite, Backes. It can't be denied.

So now, the question is: why don't we see it in the unenhanced Altgens photo? Why is there a black smudge covering his hand?

There is a black smudge covering his hand because it was put into the photo.

All talk of the Altgens photo being wired to the world at 1:03 PM is now forever debunked and rendered defunct.

They sought to hide what Roberts was doing, but they weren't counting on home computers to come along and expose their evil plot.
