No, Backes. Once again, you misstate my views. What I'm saying is that the smudge is a smudge, that it is just an artifact. 

That is NOT a shadow. OK? Have you got it now? Or do I have to say it 10 more times? The black over his pants looks like an attempt to photoshop him black pants. And the black smudge over his blue shirt is just a mistake. They just got some color there by accident.

Now, that is my position. Don't misstate it again!
