Here is the collage of Doorman Before and After alongside the image of Young Lovelady, and you can see that the hairline is a perfect, spot-on match between the fixed Doorman in the center and Young Lovelady. They really did lift Young Lovelady's hairline and plop it down on Doorman. It is the one thing they did to Lovelady-ify him. 

Lee's head wasn't round like you see on fixed Doorman. That was Lovelady's look, but Lee's head was jutting and quite massive.
