Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

Jim Leavelle was a liar, and he was in on the killing of Oswald and the framing of Ruby. And there is no doubt that he lied. For instance, he said he saw Jack Ruby coming from the left side, but if you watch the films, you can see that he never looked at or reacted to Ruby until AFTER THE SHOT WENT OFF. And he said that upon seeing Ruby in the gun, he tried to save Oswald by jerking him behind him. Remember, he claimed that he was handcuffed to Oswald, and that was a lie too. He also claimed that after the shooting, he picked Oswald up and carried him inside, but how could he do that if he was handcuffed to him? But, you can clearly see in the films that Leavelle never did anything to reposition Oswald. He didn't even look in the direction of what was happening until after the shot. And then he claimed that right before the shot, he hit Ruby, that he thumped him on the shoulder with the heel of his hand. That was a lie. We've got the films. He neer did any such thing. It's obvious from watching the films that Leavelle was doing all he could to avoid seeing anything. It was all an act. 

Look: this is the moment of the shot. You can see that Leavelle is nowhere near the shooter and isn't looking at him. He doesn't seem to be the least bit aware of him. So, all that crap the Leavelle spewed about seeing Ruby and jerking Oswald and thumping Ruby was pure lies. Evil, murderous lies. Just look at the picture, for goodness sake.
