This is a very big deal, and no one should make excuses for it. Both images are fake. He certainly didn't have that thick carpet of hair on the left, but he didn't have those long strands on the right either. If you notice how extensive his baldness was, it would have been very unusual for him to retain that little strip that you see on the right that went all the way to the front. That is not how men go bald. by the time men are as bald as he was on top and in back, that hair in front is gone too. The only way you would see a thing like that is if a man got a hair transplant, and hair was moved there. But this, of course, was long before there was any such thing as hair transplants.
The need to impart hair to Ruby was because the Garage Shooter had such a thick mop of hair (and that's what it was; a mop) that they couldn't let Ruby appear to be so bald. So, that's why, throughout the remaining 3 years of his life, they always doctored his hair in pictures and films. As I said, it was a neverending burden.
The Garage Shooter was NOT Jack Ruby. You've got to be stupid to think that he was. Either that, or you're just not thinking at all, where you are just accepting it because it's what you've always been told. And if that's the case, you need to snap out of it and wake up.
