    They wouldn't have known about those pictures of Oswald outside of the School Book Despotary until much later. However, that picture is obviously altered.

      Susie, the FBI was reacting to and talking about the Altgens Photo that weekend. This is an FBI internal memo. Note the addendum was dated 11/25, which means the body of it was written before that. And J. Edgar Hoover had his people implanted at the newspapers. It was a network of control that was like something out of The Godfather.
