This is CBS Lovelady, although CBS never used this image or the extensive interview they did with Lovelady in 1967. But, notice that there is a break in his left sleeve. I put a white arrow to it. And it's the same way on the Robert Groden images of Lovelady.
So, why is that break there? Why is the contour of the sleeve interrupted? It's because it was a pajama top, which have very wide sleeves. On the right is a comparison between my pajama top and a regular shirt. You see how much wider the sleeve and the cuff of the pajama top is than that of the shirt. But, they couldn't let that pajama sleeve show on Lovelady, so they cut it off and painted on something more appropriate for a shirt.
But, why were they so lazy about it? With a little effort, they could have made it look nice. Crude bastards.
