Now, I will respond to the Richard Hooke part of the new article that supposedly refutes John Armstrong and Harvey and Lee.

But first, I'll point out that Richard Hooke makes it a practice to simply ignore facts and evidence that conflict with his paradigm. That's what he does; he just turns a blind eye.

And that's what he's doing in this case because he rests his whole case on the "unusual sightings" of Oswald in the last months of his life. But, John Armstrong's case for the Two Oswald's is build around documents, evidence, interviews, photographs and facts that pertain to most of their childhood years, starting about 1950. But, all of that is ignored by Richard Hooke.

For example, there are actual school records of Oswald attending junior high school in New Orleans and Ft. Worth at the same time. How could he go to Beauregard Junior High in New Orleans and at the same time attend Stripling Junior High in Ft. Worth? But, Richard Hooke doesn't even deal with that. How could Oswald be working at a dental lab in New Orleans in 1957 while also being in Atsugi, Japan? But, Richard doesn't deal with that either. His critique of John Armstrong ignores about 99% of the evidence John collected.

But, let's look at the smidgen that Richard rests his case on.

First, Richard says the two looked virtually identical, but they did not, and far from it. They looked sort-of alike in the face but nothing alike in the body.

Most of Richard's "disproofs" of Armstrong are based on the claims of Judyth Baker, whose claims are extremely controversial and unsubstantiated. The assertions of Judyth Baker cannot be considered bankable facts in the case, especially when there are so many people who reject her claims outright, as do I.

1. Richard's first point is that an Oswald met with Clay Shaw at Lake Pontchartrain on July 6, and Judyth says it was the real Oswald of fame; therefore, it must have been him. But, that was a Saturday, and Marina has said that Oswald did not go out at night or on weekends, that he stayed home with her. Plus, Oswald didn't have a car, so how did he get to the lake which was 20 miles from New Orleans? Did someone pick him up at his home? Who? And why didn't Marina see it? And according to Judyth, Oswald bragged to Clay Shaw about his ongoing tryst with Judyth, and Shaw laughed and gave him $1000 "for hotels, to keep them out of the closets at the Reilly Coffee Company." Let me stop and point out that besides accusing the Oswald of fame of having foreknowledge and involvement in the plot to kill Kennedy, and doing lethal experiments on mentally ill prisoners, Hooke and Baker are accusing him of being the most rotten husband on the face of the Earth, abandoning his wife in late pregnancy to frolic with Judyth.

2. Richard's second point concerned Van Burns claiming that Oswald and David Ferrie showed up at the amusement park where he worked and were walking along. John Armstrong claims it was the other Oswald; Judyth and Richard say it was the Oswald of fame. It was in the evening, which again calls up Marina's admonition that Oswald did not go out at night, noted by Armstrong. But, Richard and Judyth claim he did.

It sounds like, according to them, Oswald was hardly ever home because if you count all the hours he worked at Reilly and then all the stuff he was doing with Judyth and others in the evenings and on weekends, when was he home? Again: his wife was in late pregnancy; at home with a daughter to take care; and she spoke no English and had no friends. So, what kind of husband abandons his wife at a time like that? Richard kept referring to "ample documentation and verification" provided by Judyth, but he didn't actually provide any.

3. Richard's third point was the out-of-state trip taken by Lee and Judyth to Mississippi to go to the mental hospital where they were experimentally killing the patients. She claims that Lee drove there, though he didn't own a car, nor did he have a driver's license.

So, how could Marina not know that Lee was gone the whole weekend? And when did he learn to drive? He entered the Marines at age 17 from a household that included no father. Never did the Marguerite of fame claim to have taught Oswald to drive nor did Robert Oswald. What right does anyone have to just assume that Oswald learned when he was in the Marines? From whom? Under what circumstances? And then he went to Russia for 3 years, and he certainly wasn't driving there. And then he came back, and we know what he did in Dallas before he went to New Orleans, and it wasn't learning to drive. So, what is the factual basis for claiming that he could drive? And why would the Oswald of fame have anything to do with a plot to kill Castro? Why would anyone in the CIA want him to be involved in it? This is ludicrous. It is crazy. It is just the bizarre imagination of a mentally disturbed woman who has made all of it up. It makes no sense, not from Oswald's perspective and not from the perspective of the CIA either.

5. Next, Richard has the Oswald of fame hobnobbing with David Atlee Phillips up in Dallas while Marina was still in New Orleans. So, what did he tell her that weekend? Didn't she complain about him abandoning her? And what did he say? "Shut up, bitch!"?

And that was in September! My Good God! The woman was about to burst! She was in late, late, late term pregnancy. Who would leave her alone with a child at a time like that? That rat bastard Oswald would and did, according to Hooke.

6. Next, Richard has Oswald meeting with CIA agent Joseph Kramer in late September who turned out to be Richard Case Nagell, which they determined by stealing his glass from his room and getting his fingerprints. Why oh why does Richard Hooke believe this crap? And if the Oswald of fame went through all this, why did he tell the Dallas Police and the world on national television, "I don't know what this situation is about. Nobody has told me anything. I know I am accused of murdering a policeman. I know nothing more than that."

Richard Hooke has provided nothing to refute anything that John Armstrong claims.  In what way, shape, or form has he established that it was the Oswald of fame who was doing all that stuff?

The plotters were setting up Oswald to be the patsy in the JFK assassination. So, why would they also involve him in a plot to kill Castro when they were trying to depict him as a Castro supporter? Was there a shortage of manpower that they had to recruit him for two jobs?

So, at the same time, Oswald was involved in the cancer bioweapon project to use against Castro and also in the plot to kill Kennedy?

And remember that Judyth has changed her story. For a very long time, she claimed that Oswald was assigned to be an actual shooter in the JFK assassination, that they wanted him firing rounds at Kennedy. And his plan, according to her, was to deliberately miss.

But, it is insane to think they would have done that because Oswald had NO experience whatsoever at killing people or at snipering. He had NEVER at any time in his life done any kind of shooting that was remotely comparable to the 6th floor shooting. He practically failed his last Marine shooting exam, and the only shooting he did since was to go deer hunting with a shotgun in Russia. So why, for one second, would they think that he had the skill or temperament to do this?

I am stating here and now that this is childish- for any adult to believe this nonsense. I say to Richard Hooke and James Fetzer: GROW UP! Stop acting so juvenile. All of this is wild and preposterous- and I mean everything that Judyth says. You have simply fallen under the spell of Judyth Baker, who I think is seriously deranged and mentally ill. So, that's her excuse, but what is yours? I am astounded that a University professor could fall for such nonsense.
