Is there anything about the hair that matches between them? No, nothing, although obviously the image of Prayer Man is very crude in comparison. I'll point out that there isn't a good match between Doorman's hair and Oswald's either, but it's the only thing that doesn't match, and it's the one thing they changed on Doorman.
Does the shape of the heads match? No. Prayer Man's head is shaped like a box while Oswald had a huge cranium with tapered jaws, and if anything, it was triangular. There is no reason to think it was the same head.
What about the length of the neck? Prayer Man appears to have a short thick neck while Oswald has a longer, less bulky neck.
Obviously, we cannot compare their facial features since Prayer Man's are absent.
What about their apparent weight? Prayer Man looks much stockier. If I had to guess his weight, I would say at least 160 pounds. Oswald weighed 131.
And I would describe Prayer Man's build as stocky whereas Oswald was slender. And particularly around the midsection, Prayer Man seems to have some major girth. And there are some other versions of Prayer Man in which he looks downright fat.
What about the shirts? They could not be more different. Prayer Man's shirt seems to be a pull-over garment with no division in the center for buttoning-up. It appears to be all one panel in front. And accordingly, he has no shirt sprawl at all. He has no exposed t-shirt. His whole look is categorically different and opposite to what we see on Oswald.
So what is left? There's nothing left. There isn't one thing we see that matches between them. They are polar opposite, in the men and in the clothing.
So, why are they saying that Prayer Man is Oswald? I don't know. You'll have to ask them. To me, it makes no sense at all. The guy does not look like Oswald; he is not built like Oswald; and he is not dressed like Oswald. So, how could he possibly be Oswald?
