I redid the new collage with a clearer, better image of Doorman.

At least, bpete put it up on his site, which is more than I can say for Backes.  bpete wants to know who "they" are. Well, they are the conspirators. You want me to name the actual alterers? Well, that I can't do, and it doesn't matter.

But, I've done some more thinking about this. I have mentioned repeatedly that they only moved over Lovelady's "cap"- the top of his head. But why? Why not his whole face? Or at least more of his face? Why didn't they do what they did with the Backyard Photos and move over all of his face except the chin? (See Jack White's work.) Well, now I know why.

It's not as though they had a whole album of Lovelady photos to work from. The picture on the right may have been the ONLY picture of Lovelady that they had, and it was from the 1950s. You notice that the hairlines and the foreheads are a good match. But, it goes awry as soon as you get to the eyes. Lovelady had more space between his eye brows and his eyes. You see the space?  He also had it in Feb 1964 when the FBI photoed him. That was the way he was.

So, it's definitely Oswald's eyes on Doorman. And as for Doorman's nose, it is definitely Oswald's. They certainly didn't move Lovelady's. Can you see why? It's because the shot of Lovelady is just about straight-on. On Doorman, because of Altgens angle, we're seeing mainly the right side of his nose and not his left. But, on Lovelady, it's much more balanced.

You know that isn't the same nose because the perspective is different. On Doorman, it's mainly the right side we're seeing while on Lovelady, it's practically straight ahead. So, they couldn't use it. It would not have worked on Doorman's face.

But, the hairline leaves a lot of room for error because hair can go any which way. So, it's definitely just Lovelady's cap they moved over; nothing else. If they had a better photo of Lovelady at the right angle, they may have moved over more of his face. And you know they used that image because the hairlines match so well. Remember that hair is constantly growing and changing. And at that age, with Lovelady being a rapidly balding young man, his hair was changing a lot. So, the perfectness of this match tells you that the image on the right was the source of the hairline on the image on the left. How long do you thing Lovelady's hair looked exactly like that? From 1957 to 1963? No way!

Below, we have another excellent match, and it is spot-on. That is Oswald on both sides clearly. And luckily, the angles are about the same. Notice that we're seeing mainly the right side of the nose on both. Eyes, nose, mouth, ear, and chin are all a very good match.

That's Oswald in the doorway. And there is no doubt about it.
