I profusely thank Barry Ladd for sending me something which explains everything. They went to so much trouble to doctor that image, to make it something it wasn't precisely because they were putting it on the cover of TIME magazine. (see image)

Imagine how that would have looked if Jackie wasn't waving, if her arm was down, which it was. It would have sunk the whole picture. It just wouldn't have gotten lift-off. So, they did that, and they did a whole lot more. It is a heavily photoshopped, heavily altered image.

I don't say it had any bearing on JFK's murder. It's just that the picture would have been lackluster if Jackie wasn't waving. So, they gave her a wave. Nothing more sinister than that. But still, it shows a tremendous willingness to alter images, to fake things, to deceive the public. 

And look what it says in the lower left: The Conspiracy Industry, a slur to all JFK truthers. Thanks again, Barry.  Ralph
