Lots of distortion in this hand. Even if he was moving it, it wouldn't cause distortion like that. Movement would mainly just blur it up.

That guy is standing there between them and the photographer. Do his fingers look short to you? They look mighty short to me. So, let's blow it up:

There's no way that finger makes sense if it ends at her wrist, unless he's an amputee. You don't think he was an amputee, do you? He is in front of her. Way in front of her. He is between her and the photographer. No part of him can be behind her. No part of him can be obstructed by her. And yet, if you look closely, you can see the tip of his finger peaking out above her wrist, with the part in-between, namely, the last digit of his finger, almost completely obscured by her wrist.  So, she is covering him up- from the car. She is covering him with that hand while hanging it out the other side of the car. Now, that's quite a trick. Don't try it at home.

And even if you are going to dispute that that's the tip of his index finger peaking out, it doesn't matter. THE SHORTNESS OF THE FINGERS SEALS THE DEAL. There is nothing obstructing the view of that hand through it's length. From wrist to fingertips, it should be completely visible. But, if we take her hand out, all we're left with is this:

Again: he would have to be an amputee to have fingers that short and blunted.

I wonder if any of my enemies are going to go with the amputee argument. Yeah, it was most likely a tractor accident. Happens all the time.
