No, Backes. Oswald WAS on that bus. And he even got a transfer ticket from the driver, and there is no possible way the Dallas Police could have obtained that transfer ticket and planted it on him. And even if there were a way, they never would have done it because Oswald knew whether he rode the bus or not and whether he got a transfer ticket or not. As soon as he got wind that they were claiming that they found a bus transfer ticket on him, he'd have realized that the Dallas Police were framing him- not just the conspirators who killed Kennedy but the Dallas Police were now actively framing him. And it's the first thing he would have told his lawyer: "Hey, they're saying they found a bus transfer ticket on me, but I didn't have one because I didn't ride the bus." It would have broadcast to Oswald and his lawyer exactly what was going on and given them more than enough evidence of police malfeasance to establish reasonable doubt in the case and get Oswald off.

So, the ONLY way they could EVER contemplate doing such a thing is if they were ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that Oswald would be dead soon.

Well, guess what: there was no absolute certainty. The killing of Oswald by Jack Ruby could have gone wrong - for them. Either someone could have interceded in time OR even if Ruby got a shot off, it didn't necessarily have to be fatal. Oswald could have recovered. People do recover sometimes from shots to the belly.

And that would have been the only chance they got. It's not as though if they let it happen again that anyone in the world would believe it.

So, no, Backes. Oswald did ride the bus and cab. He did get the transfer ticket. He was seen on the bus by Mary Bledsoe- who you don't even think exists, and all because of your defectorship.

And there were two Oswalds, and the evidence for that is absolutely overwhelming, including school records, work records, medical records, military records, and eye witness testimonies from many people who knew one or the other of the two Oswalds and a few who met both, such as Laura Kittrell from the Texas Employment Commission.

You want to deny the Two Oswalds, Backes? Then you have to refute everything there is on this website:

Until then, STFU.
