STAGED! It means it was faked. It was an act. Like on a stage.

Harold also pointed out that since his shirt is buttoned to the top, he couldn't possibly be Doorman anyway.

The guy on the right has got his shirt cinched up to the collar, for Christ's sake. He can't possibly be Doorman. But, he can't possibly be Lovelady either. It was STAGED, just like Harold Weisberg said. He was NOT Lovelady. Lovelady was a different man whose anatomical features were grossly different.
