This can't possibly be Lovelady because it was taken 15 minutes after the assassination when a police checkpoint had been set up at the entrance, and there is NO CHANCE that Lovelady was still out in front at that time. There was no chance he was there 3 or 4 minutes after the assassination, but 15? That would mean that every word that he and Shelley told the WC was a lie. And even Buell Frazier said that Shelley and Lovelady left right away.
Mr. BALL - You didn't see the President's car at the time you heard the sound?
Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; I didn't.
Mr. BALL - But you stood right there, did you?
Mr. FRAZIER - Right. Stood right where I was.
Mr. BALL - And Mr. Shelley was still standing there?
Mr. FRAZIER - Right.
Mr. BALL - And also Billy Lovelady?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL - The three of you didn't go any place?
Mr. FRAZIER - I believe Billy and them walked down toward that direction but I didn't. I just stood where I was. I hadn't moved at all.
So, we have not two, but three people who said that Shelley and Lovelady left pretty much immediately. And whatever arguing you want to to about it, you certainly can't claim that 15 minutes later Lovelady was still out front milling around and smoking. That is just bull shit, and you know it.
And speaking of smoking, where did he get the cigarette?
He had no pack of cigarettes in his pocket, so where were they? Where did the cigarette come from?
And when Mrs. Lovelady called Harold Weisberg in 1966 to tell him that it was her Billy in the doorway in a plaid shirt, why didn't she mention this film to him? Why didn't she tell him to watch it? And why didn't she mention that Billy also got filmed in the Squad room wearing his plaid shirt? Didn't Billy come home that night saying, "You're not going to believe what happened. There I was sitting in the Squad room at the PD when all of a sudden a herd of people came plowing through, with Oswald at the front with a big cop. And they were followed by a mob of reporters. Cameras were clicking, flash bulbs were going off, and film cameras were rolling too; it was a media circus. And I was in the center of it."
So, she had to know about it because he had to tell her, right? So, why didn't she tell Weisberg?
This so-called clip of Lovelady is FAKE. He wasn't there at the time. At the time, he was inside the building guarding the freight elevator with Shelley, as per instructions from Roy Truly. There is NO CHANCE that he was still outside; it's nonsense. It's FAKE!
