Wow! Larry Rivera just sent me an unpublished manuscript by Harold Weisberg, and it is powerful. Lots in it about the Doorman issue. And Robert Groden might want to take some Tylenol before he reads it because I fear a headache coming on for him. Harold was NOT a fan of Groden's, and he really let him have it. Hot-tempered guy that Weisberg. Give 'em hell Harold. But, he was emphatic about the Doorman issue. Oh yeah. There is no mistaking whose side he was on in that fight. After hearing what he had to say about Robert Groden, I can just imagine what he'd say about Joseph Backes. And another thing that struck me is Harold's view of the Carolyn Arnold testimony, that it was her first statement about seeing Oswald between the double doors that rang true, not the one made years later to Earl G. claiming that she saw Oswald in the lunch room. That was bull; her first account was true; and Harold Weisberg knew it. Don't worry; I'll give you all the details. This is a major breakthrough. It's like Harold Weisberg has come back from the dead to set the record straight. Eureka! This is a major find.
