So, how did they "stage" this thing? Well, they didn't have a Lovelady surrogate there on 11/22/63 to film. Rather, they added the Lovelady surrogate (Gorilla Man) to the film later, years later. 

It was a video merger. They plopped the guy in there. 

Notice that he is behind her, obscuring her hair. But a second earlier, he was in front of her.

It's like he's non-material, passing right through her head like he's a ghost. HE IS! He wasn't there! They stuck him into the film! It's fake. And that's how they "staged" it.
