Jesus H. Christ! Oh My God! The desperation! This is pathetic.

Now, U-ne-go-tso-duh, which in the language of the noble Cherokee people means "Evil Man", is taking a cue from Joseph Backes and pulling shit from out his ass.

He has the nerve to claim, at this late date, for the first time in 51 years of JFK assassination ponderings, that Lovelady left the doorway, wound up inside, but then came outside again on a separate excursion? And why? To smoke a cigarette.

First, it is completely contrary to the evidence and to the testimony. Lovelady said that he left very soon after the assassination with Shelley for the railroad tracks- before Baker even reached the steps. He said they walked as far as the first track and that people were crying and hollering.

"We went as far as the first tracks and everybody was hollering and crying..."

Mr. BALL - You went down the dead end on Elm?
Mr. LOVELADY - Yes.
Mr. BALL - And down to the first tracks?
Mr. LOVELADY - Yes.
Mr. BALL - Did you see anything there?
Mr. LOVELADY - No, sir; well, just people running.
Mr. BALL - That's all?
Mr. LOVELADY - And hollerin.
Mr. BALL - How did you happen to go down there?
Mr. LOVELADY - I don't know, because everybody was running from that way and naturally, I guess---
Mr. BALL - They were running from that way or toward that way?
Mr. LOVELADY - Toward that way; everybody thought it was coming from that direction.

Lovelady was obviously describing the conditions that prevailed immediately, where a throng of people rushed back there to see what they could find. Shelley and Lovelady were part of that throng. If they had waited 3 or 4 minutes before leaving, the throng would have been over.

People weren't running and crying and hollering 3 or 4 minutes after the assassination. As bad as it was, it settled down very quickly. The chaotic part passed very fast.

So, what Shelley and Lovelady did, they did IMMEDIATELY, you dumb pluck. People weren't screaming and hollering 3 or 4 minutes later.

Then, Shelley and Lovelady said that they figured that they had better get back inside, so they went around to the back and re-entered through the back door. They claimed to see Vickey Adams. They next claimed to guard the freight elevator for about 30 minutes, as ordered by Roy Truly. And after that, they gave the police a tour of the 6th floor.

Could Lovelady, without mentioning it, have gone outside to smoke a cigarette? NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. This was 1963 before the anti-smoking campaigns had begun. This was the South. Smoking was accepted. Lovelady did not have to go outside to smoke, nor did anyone else.

And, how dare you assume to have the right to assume it? YOU DON'T! This isn't Imagination Day at Kindergarten.

I KNOW YOU ARE ONE OF THE WRITERS ON THIS AIN'T HELL, AND I KNOW WHICH ONE YOU ARE. YOU NEVER RUN OUT OF ALIASES, DO YOU.

WE ARE CLOSING IN ON YOU TO HAVE YOU ARRESTED. YOU COMMITTED CRIMES. YOU COMMITTED CRIMES OVER THE JFK ASSASSINATION HALF A CENTURY LATER. ARE YOU COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR MIND?

WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE OPENING FRAMES OF THE WIEGMAN FILM?
