Robert James Jordinelli refuses to admit that this man could not be Jack Ruby. Ruby was 5'9" which was average height then and now. This man is obviously shorter than that. He was shorter than Will Fritz whom you can see, and Fritz was short. The tallest Fritz could have been is 5'7", and he may have been shorter than that. The Shooter is shorter than him. I put the Shooter's height at 5'6" which is 3 inches shorter than Ruby.
Now, it says that he was Bookhout, and
I strongly believe that he was. But, it doesn't really matter. Because: the
important thing is that he wasn't Jack Ruby. And if he wasn't Jack Ruby, then
Ruby was innocent.
So, listen: if you support the
official story that Oswald shot Kennedy, then I realize that I am wasting my
time with you. But, if you realize that
Oswald was innocent; framed and innocent; then you should have no trouble
accepting that Ruby too was innocent.
Because think about it: Oswald denied
owning a rifle, or ever ordering one from Chicago. That means that the whole
story of him mail-ordering a Carcano rifle from Klein's Hardware in Chicago was
a lie. It was a concocted story with phony evidence. And if you take a minute
and read this by John Armstrong, you'll realize that it was a lie. The FBI
concocted the whole thing.

With the help of a complaint media,
they could sell it to the public, but it was never going to hold up in court,
and they knew it. They knew they could never let Oswald go to trial. It was so
bad for them that they couldn't even let Oswald speak to a lawyer; not even
once. They would have had to kill the lawyer.
So, they had to kill Oswald and
pronto. And Attorney Vincent Salandria saw it coming. I had the privilege of
knowing Vince. And he told me that, at the time, he told everyone he knew that
Kennedy's murder was a State killing, and Oswald was just a patsy. And if he
was right, it meant that Oswald was going to die soon; very soon. And he was
right.
The bottom line is that the same
people who killed Kennedy killed Oswald. And it makes sense because they knew
they couldn't let him go to trial or even speak one time to an attorney.
Do you realize that Jack Ruby saw a
lawyer right away? He spoke to a lawyer before he even got questioned by the police.
He spoke to a lawyer without even asking for one. Attorney Tom Howard from
Houston just happened to be there, and he had done some legal work for Ruby
years before. Howard wasn't currently Ruby's lawyer. But, the police told Ruby
that his lawyer was there, and he went along with it because Ruby went along
with everything. And Fritz even told a reporter that he would question Ruby
after he was finished talking to his lawyer because "that was his
right." His right? Huh? Are you kidding me? Then what about Oswald's right
to one? I listened to all the tapes of Oswald's hallway banter plus his MPC
address, and he protested his lack of a lawyer 13X by my count. So, no lawyer
for Oswald, but right away, a lawyer for Ruby. Why?
It was because Ruby didn't know
anything. He didn't know anything about the killing of Kennedy or the killing
of Oswald. He had nothing to do with either one. So, he had nothing to tell a
lawyer except "I don't know what happened. I don't remember
anything." So, that's why they let him see a lawyer. But, Oswald he could
tell a lawyer that he didn't own or order a rifle, that he wasn't on the 6th
floor during the motorcade, that he was standing in the doorway during the
shooting. And then, the lawyer would have showed him the Altgens photo, and
Oswald would have identified himself as the Doorway Man.
Don't you think it's strange that on
Saturday evening, the FBI stormed Billy Lovelady's home with a picture of the
doorway "as big as a desk" according to his wife Patricia, but why
didn’t they do the same with Oswald? Why not? If you had a picture of an
unknown man whom you knew had to be one of two men, wouldn't you show it to
both of them? But, the FBI only showed it to Lovelady. So, why didn't they show it to Oswald? It’s
because they knew what he would say.
But, returning to this picture of the
Shooter with his diminutive height, it's only necessary to establish that he
wasn't Jack Ruby. Once we do that, we've blown up the whole case wide open. It
isn't necessary to identify him. It's nice to do it, and we've done it. But, even without doing it, just establishing
that he wasn't Jack Ruby destroys the case against Ruby.
So, if you already believe that Oswald
was innocent, you have no reason to resist that Ruby too was innocent. It's
time to face the truth, that the same people who killed Kennedy killed Oswald.
Ruby, like Oswald, was just a patsy. But, the difference between them was that
Oswald was of sound mind, whereas Ruby was deranged. He was out of his mind.
