This is Officer Roy Vaughn. Do you know how hard it is to find a picture of him? You can't. It's from a video about him that used to be on Youtube. But, it was removed and never replaced. Here's the link to it. See what happens when you click on it.

You can't find an image of Vaughn online anywhere. And you can't find his strong, defiant denials that Ruby never got past him. And he was right that Ruby never did get past him. Vaughn insisted that Ruby must have entered the basement another way, but he was wrong about that. Ruby did get in that way. IT'S JUST THAT VAUGHN WASN'T THERE AT THE TIME.
Compare the behavior of Vaughn and Ruby. Both were blamed for doing a bad thing. Vaughn was blamed for unwittingly letting Ruby get by him. He wasn't accused of conspiring with Ruby to kill Oswald. He was accused of being stupid and incompetent, of failing to guard an 8 foot wide ramp, which was something an 88 year old Walmart greeter on oxygen could do.
Vaughn was not only accused of it; he was issued a Dallas PD reprimand for it. And do you know how he responded? He hired a lawyer and sued the Dallas PD. It was settled out of court, and the reprimand was rescinded.
But, Vaughn wasn't done suing. When the movie EXECUTIVE ACTION came out, the actor playing Vaughn was shown to deliberately and knowingly let Ruby get in. Vaughn sued the studio, and again it was settled out of court. How much money did they have to pay him? I don't know. They had a non-disclosure agreement.
And if you read the accounts of Vaughn and Ruby, they were different. Ruby said that when he got there, Pierce's car was stopped at the top of the ramp, and Pierce and the officer on foot were talking. Ruby did not claim to recognize the officer on foot. Ruby knew Vaughn. Vaughn had been to the Carousel Club to investigate a complaint. And Vaughn had pulled Ruby over once for a traffic violation, but he let him go with just a warning, since he was a "friend of the Department."
But, Vaughn said he that he and Pierce never talked, and Pierce didn't stop. He said that as soon as he saw Pierce coming, that he stepped towards the street to make sure traffic was clear, and then he waved him through. HE WAVED HIM THROUGH WITHOUT STOPPING.
So, why the difference? It's because they were two separate events. Ruby's event came first with the other officer guarding the ramp. Pierce had stopped and was talking to the officer because THEY WERE WAITING FOR RUBY TO GET THERE. Ruby was high as a kite, and I believe they had him on Scopolamine, the zombie drug that takes away your free will. Allen Dulles learned about it from the Nazis, who used it as truth serum during WW2. All the ramp spectators had to do was nudge Ruby to go down to the basement, and he would have done it. He did it. And there, the cops were waiting for him. They jumped him and hustled him up to the 5th floor. And there, they told him that he shot Oswald. But meanwhile, Operation Frame Roy Vaughn went into action.
At the time, Vaughn was waiting at the dispatch office; drinking coffee and chewing the cud with other officers. Then a sergeant came and got him and led him to the Main Street ramp and told him to guard it, not to let anyone in. Ruby was already tucked away. Then at 11:15, Pierce pulled out- for the second time. He didn't stop. There was was no need to. He and Vaughn never had words. Then, a few minutes later, the Garage Spectacle was performed- in all its splendor- and the story took shape that Vaughn unwittingly let Ruby get by him.
Notice the difference between Ruby and Vaughn. Ruby quickly accepted that he shot Oswald. Did he put up any resistance? We don't know. But, if he did, Dallas Police quickly squashed it. They weighed on him that he shot Oswald, and he was quickly overcome.
But, there was no overcoming Roy Vaughn. I saw and heard him in his defiance, and on camera, he never used profanities. But, I have a hunch that other times he did because he was so outraged. He was aggressive, defiant, and combative. And he stayed that way for the rest of his life. And he was a very smart, capable man. He went on to become the police chief of Midlothian, Texas. And after that, he became a Municipal Court judge, which he did for 13 years until his death. And until his last breath, he insisted that Ruby never got by him. And Ruby never did.
So, why didn't he figure out that the Dallas Police were in on it? That they framed both him and Ruby and killed Oswald themselves? It's for the same reason that Ruby's lawyers never figured it out. It's because it was a degree of evil that none of them thought was possible in America.
But, you need to understand how it happened. It's not that the Dallas Police suddenly turned that evil. The one who was evil was Lyndon Johnson. He's the one who put them up to it. He's the one who told them that the country was in trouble, that the case had to be resolved fast, or else there could be nuclear war with the Soviet Union, or the country would be paralyzed and the economy would collapse. So, as their Commander in Chief (and they were all WW2 vets) he ordered them to kill Oswald, which surely a jury would decide on anyway. That's how Johnson's evil spread to them. They never would have done it on their own.
But, the main thing I am pointing out is the difference between Ruby and Vaughn after the Dallas Police accused them both of wrongdoing. Ruby responded with capitulation, while Vaugh responded with defiance. The difference can be attributed to the difference in their mental states. Vaugh had a sound mind, and he believed in the competence of his mind and his memory. It didn't matter how many people told him that he screwed up. It could have been a hundred, a thousand, or even a million. He wasn't going to budge. But, Ruby capitulated right away. He was mentally helpless and hopeless.
Jack Ruby was innocent, and for a very long time, that was the best kept secret of the JFK assassination. But, the cat is out of the bag, and it ain't going back in. If you want to hold the Cross up to the Dracula that is the Lying Leviathan State, then join me in expounding the truth that Jack Ruby was innocent.
