This was in response to my imaginary conversation between Oswald and his lawyer.

Level 2I know this is an imaginary conversation, but it provides not only a compelling argument as to what would have happened if Oswald was permitted legal representation, it links very neatly, the offences by omission which were committed against him whilst in custody.
No records of his interviews; hearing he'd been charged with the murder for the first time from a journalist at the press conference; parading him in front of crowds at the police station without carrying out proper security.
The 'script' captures an alternative reality in a very poignant and thought provoking manner also, which for me only serves to destroy anything that promotes guilt by Oswald as a lone assassin.

Level 3Brian Gilmour You expressed that very well, Brian. You're a better writer than I am. And what you make clear is that the whole case against Oswald was appalling, and it would never have held up in court. And that's why the perpetrators knew, even before they killed Kennedy, that they would have to kill Oswald. I really appreciate your perspective.
