I spoke to Jim Marrs about this, and he straightened me out. I told him this looks like Oswald talking to a cop in the Three Tramps photo, and he agreed. But, the tramps weren't brought in til 2:00 when Oswald was already in custody, so what gives, I asked him. And Jim Marrs told me that they lied about the time of the Three Tramps, that it was actually just a few minutes after the assassination.

I covered up the Three Tramps because I am not focused on them; only the guy talking to the cop. You see the excelent match to Oswald, and if you look closely, you can see they both have the Marine wrist bracelet on their left wrist. You either have to admit that that is Oswald, or you have to start saying that there was another Oswald look alike/dress alike at the TSBD, and he even wore the same bracelet.
I think I know who the cop is: Police Inspector J. Herbert Sawyer. He was one of the first cops there after Marrion Baker, and being the highest ranking one, he took charge of securing the building. And from looking at it, we can deduce that Oswald wanted to talk to him and not vice versa. That's because Oswald is facing Sawyer, but Sawyer isn't facing him. If Sawyer had gone to talk to Oswald, he'd be facing him.
So, what did Oswald want to say to ths cop? We can only speculate. But, it may be he that he wanted to tell him what he saw and heard. Or maybe he just wanted to tell him that he worked there, but he was going home. But regardless, a murderer doesn't go up to a cop to tell hiim something after the murder. So, this is very exonerating, and it destroys the argument that his leaving work was a flight from the crime.
