This is supposed to be Leavelle with his hand in Oswald's pants, but what it actually is is a very crappy visual effect. I know about visual effects because I am in the movie business. And I have worked with a lot of visual effects artists over the years. And if any one of them had submitted a visual effect to me as bad as this, I would have fired him on the spot.

And think about how looney the story is. We're supposed to believe that Leavelle was handcuffed to Oswald, but that wasn't enough. In addition, he had to have his hand in his pants. But why? The handcuff alone meant that he and Oswald were inseparable. The handcuff alone meant that Oswald couldn't run away or be grabbed away. This was for a 40 foot walk to a car. So, to walk 40 feet, he needed to, both, be handcuffed to the guy and have a hand in his pants? Don't you think that was a bit over-dramatic?
The forearm consists of two long, solid bones. They don't bend, and they don't curve. Leavelle couldn't do that with his forearm without breaking it. This is embarrassing, it's so bad. I'm embarrassed for them.
And where is Oswald's forearm supposed to be in this picture? We can see his upper arm, and then below it in the coiled sausage that they painted in for Leavelle's forearm. But, where is Oswald's forearm?
I can tell you where it is; they covered it with the linked sausage. So, it's there underneath the linked sausage. They just painted over it.
This whole thing was a made-for-television movie, but everything about it was crass. And again: the story itself is ridiculous. Supposedly, they were deeply concerned that someone would attack Oswald. So, what did they do? They invited all the press and turned a 40 foot walk to a car into an extravaganza. They, the Dallas Police and FBI, killed Oswald. Jack Ruby was just their patsy but totally hapless compared to Oswald.

They needed Oswald dead. Do you understand how badly they needed him dead? It was so urgent that if he had just one visit with an attorney, it would have destroyed them. The jig would have been up.
If you wish to support my work, you can do so by watching my movies. They are free to watch on tubi.com. But, if you would rather not have ads, they can be rented for a few dollars on Amazon. All my movies make a statement. My Stretch of Texas Ground denounces the US post-9/11 wars. His Stretch of Texas Ground wales against the school shootings and the FBI siege at Waco. The Pro Bono Watchman denounces the CIA MK-ULTRA program. Thank you.
