Why were people gathered at the Main Street ramp, when it was an incoming ramp? Who were they expecting to arrive? I know the answer. They were expecting Jack Ruby to arrive. They were there to be a magnet for him.

So, that's the truth, but what do the ops and trolls offer as an alternative? Nothing. At least, most of them say nothing. But, Debbie Vanderpool Reitz can conjure up a reason for anything. So, give it your best shot, Debbie, and make it a doozie.
How is it that four detectives got the idea to handcuff the Shooter as soon as they got into the Jail Office? McMillan, Archer, Clary, and Lowery. But, how come no one got the idea to handcuff him in the garage? It was a narrow corner door, so rather than try to go through it with a struggling man, why not handcuff him in the garage?
None of the detectives had the nerve to claim that before handcuffing this struggling man, this thug, that they removed his jacket. Yet, in the footage we have of them taking Ruby upstairs, he is wearing a tattered shirt but no jacket. But wait: if they handcuffed him as soon as they got through the door, and it's what they all said, then his jacket was still on. So, why isn't it on him when they lead him away?

And remember, once you handcuff him, you can't remove the jacket on account of the handcuffs. You see, you can't take the arms out of the sleeves when the hands are handcuffed. So, you would have to remove the handcuffs, then get the jacket off him, and then put the handcuffs back on. No one claimed to do that.
And how come Ruby's shirt is unbuttoned? You can't claim that the buttons were torn off in the melee' because he was wearing a jacket. And, the buttons couldn't have been torn off because he wore his own shirt to his arraignment, and it was buttoned. So, that means that somebody must have unbuttoned Ruby's shirt for that picture. But why? It must have been for effect. "Look at Jack Ruby. Look how desheveled he looks. His hair is wild. His shirt is unbuttoned because that's what happens in a fight."
But note that we never saw the Shooter acting out against the police. What we saw from him was complete passivity. After shooting Oswald, he dove into the waiting arms of the police and never initiated any aggressive action against them. He was completely passive. So, what was all the ruckus about? Why did it require so many men? If he wasn't resisting; if he wasn't fighting them (and he wasn't) then what were the penguins, and I mean, the cops doing?
