You know, this idea of the bus and cab rides being faked, I'm starting to have a whole new perspective about it. It seems that everybody wants to think that they were faked. Even bpete says that Joe Backes makes a "damn good argument" that they were faked.

Well, I'm not saying I believe it, but why should I fight it? It establishes the utter corruption and malfeasance of the entire Dallas Police Department, the FBI, the Secret Service, and the Warren Commission. And what do I lose? Nothing. I don't need the bus and cab ride. I'm just saying: if people want to believe they were faked, why should I wrestle with them about it? You want to believe they were faked? Be my guest.

My placement of Oswald in the doorway depends on comparing the photographic images. I don't need any bus ride and cab ride to do it.
I'll point out that some of the people who claim that Oswald got picked up in front of the TSBD by a driver, also vigorously deny that he went anywhere near his room on Beckley. What evidence is there of him arriving there in a private car?

What did he have to go there for, they ask.
To get his pistol? But, there is no real evidence that Oswald ever ordered a pistol from Seaport Traders. NOBODY ever saw Oswald with a pistol. Earlene Roberts cleaned his room, and she never found or saw any pistol, and it was a very tiny room. So, maybe he got the pistol from elsewhere.

Many think Jack Ruby gave Oswald the pistol, with the defective firing pin, outside the TSBD. Some girls reported seeing that happen.

I know the official record has Oswald saying that he went to his room. But, the official record also has Oswald saying that he rode the bus and cab. So, if they lied about the one, couldn't they have lied about the other? And if McWatters, Bledsoe's, and Whaley's testimonies were all "manipulated" why not Earlene Roberts' too?

You see, I don't particularly need the stop-over at the room either because I know very well that he didn't change his shirt. The image comparisons prove that as well.

So, did he change his pants? Well, I don't believe Marrion Baker ever described Oswald's pants, and he saw him just 70 seconds after the last shot. There were descriptions of his pants by Bledsoe and Whaley, but since they were part of the phony bus and cab rides, we can just dismiss every word they said about it.

I'm just saying; life is short, and if people want to believe the bus and cab rides were faked and if they want to throw in the stop-over at Beckley as well, knock yourselves out. IT MAKES THE DALLAS POLICE, THE FBI, THE SECRET SERVICE, AND THE WARREN COMMISSION ALL BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD GUYS.
