Ralph Cinque Photos lie? Well, they lie when they have been manipulated to lie, yes. But, in this case, the shooter clearly has long hair, and Ruby did not have long hair, and in the 1963, it was very unusual to see hair that long on any man. But, it is definitely NOT the hair of Jack Ruby, and therefore it is definitely NOT Jack Ruby. Now, that is an unassailable fact, whether you like it or not.
