 David Allan Lawlor made the outrageous claim that seconds after Oswald was shot, reporers went up and talked to the Shooter in the garage, who was supposedly Jack Ruby. It is not true, and it wasn't even possible because immediately after the shot, the Shooter dove into the cluster of police, and they pounced on him. The idea was that they were dragging him into the Jail Office, but really, they were covering him up so that no one would see that he wasn't Ruby. I refer to those cops as the Penguins because they remind me of a male penguin colony packed together during severe cold snaps in Antartica.

No reporters claimed to recognize Ruby in the garage. All came to know he was "Ruby" from the Police announcing it afterwards. If you watch the entire KRLD footage, you'll see the reporters talking about it afterwards, wondering who the guy was. Then, they question Sergeant Patrick Dean about it, and he claims to know who it was but won't tell them. However, he gives them some clues, such as that it was a local Dallas businsesman. They ask him a series of questions, and some of them he answers, while others he responds to with "I'd rather not say."

The eminent reporter Hugh Aynesworth knew Jack Ruby and ate lunch with him that week. He said that the Shooter zipped right in front of him but he did not recognizea him as Ruby. He said he only came to know he was Ruby from the Police announcing it.

The same is true for reporter Ike Pappas. He had had a conversation with Ruby the day before at which time Ruby gave him a business card for the Carousel Club, which Pappas still had. But, he too did not recognize Ruby in the garage.

Nobody except lying cops claimed to recognize Ruby in the garage. And the Dallas Police killed Oswald. The whole ruse was their scheme. They grabbed Ruby from the garage an hour before, which is when he got there. Ruby told the WC that he sent the money wire at 10:17, and that was the truth. Upstairs, Ruby was stripped to his underwear and kept up there until 3:00, at which time, they got him dressed in his own clothes again. Then, they took him down to the 3rd floor to talk to Fritz. And that is when he was slipped into the story for the first time. It was a classic bait and switch.

Now, as the years passed, some of the reporters started recollecting it as though they had recognized Ruby at the time. They would say things like "And then I saw Ruby rush in and shoot him." But, it was based entirely on their long-held belief that the Shooter was Ruby that came from the Police. AT THE TIME, NO REPORTER IN THE GARAGE SAID THE NAME RUBY PRIOR TO THE POLICE SAYING IT. It is a complete and total lie that any reporter claimed to recognize Ruby in the garage during the spectacle. No one did, and that is an absolute and undeniable fact.
