There was nothing there. They just built that Woman and Baby around the tree.

They utilized the double trunk of the tree to comprise her long hair, which merges with the straps of her dress. For the baby, they just infused some color. It's a total contrivance, a cartoon that was added to the movie. Here it is with the area showcased at a later time.

And when you watch the gif, the constant flicker of her hand is the only movement you see.

It's fake, and they are fake.  Look at this enlargement below. Notice that on some of the figures, you do see an indication of eyes. But, you see no eyes on her. Yet, her face is looming larger than any of the others.

Why is her face so large compared to the others? Why is she so high up?  Why don't we see the slightest hint of any eyes on her as we do on the others?

She wasn't there. She wasn't real. And neither was the baby. And that is an absolute fact.
