No, you don't get it, Backes. That clear frame came from somewhere but not from the film as we see it. The same frame as it appears in the film is lousy; it's blurry.
So, where this frame came from I do not know, but I suspect that there are more like it. This frame was definitely taken while Wiegman was still in the car because it's after this that we see the jostling of him getting off the car. So, the issue of riding in the car was a neutral factor and not responsible for the blurriness of the other frames that preceded this one, such as this one.
And don't you tell me what you explain to me. You explain NOTHING to me.
