A very interesting point that Larry Rivera made in the show concerned why Frazier was taken out of the Altgens photo.
We should see him there. When first asked, he said he was one step down from the top level next to the median handrail. And that's exactly where we see him in the Wiegman film.
That's Frazier one step down from Doorman. He's not some woman. Look at his height. Look at the length of his legs. Look at the size of his hands. He's a a man. He's Frazier. The clothes match perfectly.
That's a black jacket and tan pants in both pictures. It's Frazier.
So, we should see him in the Altgens photo. Why don't we?
The reason we don't see him is because they took him out. But, why did they take him out?
It was because they began altering the Altgens photo immediately, in the first hour after the shooting, probably in the first half-hour. It was before Oswald was arrested, and it was still unknown if it was going to work out for him to be the patsy. They might have had to resort to a different patsy, an alternate patsy. And that's why they removed Frazier from the doorway because, obviously, if he could be seen in the doorway at 12:30 when Kennedy was being shot, there was no chance that he could be doing the shooting.
They didn't want to burn that bridge until they were sure.
Think about it. They had to have an alternate patsy. And we suspect they had two: Lovelady and Frazier. Notice how both of them were referred to with three names: Billy Nolan Lovelady and Buell Wesley Frazier, just like Lee Harvey Oswald.
