I think we've all watched enough episodes of Law and Order to know that the first thing the cops ask the suspect is, "Where were you at the time of the crime?" 

Was it the same for Will Fritz with LHO? YOU GOD-DAMN RIGHT IT WAS!

Therefore, of course, "out with Bill Shelley in front" referred to Oswald's whereabouts during the shooting because that's what Fritz wanted to know. 

What the Hell difference does it make who Oswald interacted with out in front AFTER the assassination? What matters is where he was and what he was doing DURING the assassination. That's what Fritz would have asked, and that's what Fritz would have written down.



The Fritz Notes constitute the most important evidence discovered in the JFK assassination case after November 22, 1963. And that combined with this totally exonerates Oswald.
