Backes admits that Bookout stated that Oswald said he went home by bus. And Fritz also said it:

It says "rode bus". You see that?

So, what exactly are you trying to say, Backes? That FBI Agent Bookout and Dallas Detective Will Fritz together came up with the idea of framing Oswald for riding the bus? What about TJ Kelly, Robt Nash, Grant, Boyd, and Hall? Were they in on it too?

Beckley in time to get in there, change, or not change his clothes, it depends on who and what you want to believe, and then go over to 10th and Patton in time to kill Tippit.  Oswald didn't kill Tippit, of course, I'm just giving the official story here.  It has a lot of problems in time and location of its own.  And then Oswald has to get to the Texas Theatre.]

You fucking moron. You really think that, on the spot, they made up the bus ride and that later they decided to throw in a cab ride? If they wanted him riding the bus home, why did they have him do it for only two blocks where he was going the wrong direction? 

So  how exactly did it go down, Backes? Presumably, according to you, Oswald didn't tell them that he rode the bus, that he must have told them something else instead. What? That somebody gave him a ride? A friend? An accomplice? But, they didn't want to hear that, so they quickly made up that he took the bus instead?  

But, what if the friend came forward? Or what if somebody else came forward who saw it or knew about it? What if there was other definite evidence of what really happened? How would they explain the account of the bus ride? How at that moment could they know that Oswald was going to be killed? When in the history of police work have you ever heard of police making up a whole narrative for a perp and putting it in writing and doing this before they had any way of knowing that the story they were making up could stick? Did they just assume that they could always come up with a phony driver and phony witnesses, etc.???

It conflicts with what Shelley said. Shelley said that he last saw Oswald inside about noon and that he never saw him again until he saw him at the Police station:

So fuck you, Backes! You can shove Bookout's statement right up where you shove your proscenium arches. Oswald did not interact with Shelley out front AFTER the assassination. He was out with Bill Shelley in front DURING the assassination.
