This is BJ Martin as filmed by Muchmore at about the same angle that he was photoed by Moorman.  He entered the camera field of each about the the same way and at about the same angle. 

So, why in the Moorman photo does he appear like this?

It's bogus. He should loom just as large there as he does above. His "arm" in the Moorman photo is just a fabrication that they added. The Moorman photo is grossly and grotesquely altered. It is a photographic monstrosity.
