What part of his finger is the thing projecting on the other side of the handgrasp?



The only thing it could theoretically be is the proximal interphalangeal joint.


But, how could there be enough finger left to do all that that finger seems to be doing? Are you aware that men have relatively short index fingers? Women's are long; men's are short. 


And why do both the index and middle fingers look lobulated, like they ended and started again? 

That is not a hand, Backes; it is a monstrosity. And you are not an Oswald defender; you are a monster- a monster soaked in the blood of John Kennedy.  



That's Kennedy's blood splattered on you, Backes, and you can't wash it off.
