Through painstaking effort, Larry Rivera has created an overlay of Oswald's face over Doorman's, starting with Doorman's image and then showing a gradual transformation  back to what it originally must have looked like before they messed with it.
The image of Oswald that Larry chose to use was actually taken from the opposite side, so Larry had to left-to-right flip it.

Notice that on Oswald, we don't see his left ear at all. It is completely out of view. But, on Doorman there is this big bulging swelling in the area of his left ear. It's not his ear because no one's ear could look like that. It is a weird distortion.  Frankly, I don't know how they came up with that, but it is definitely something that "they" did.

As it cycles from Doorman to Oswald and back, here's what I notice. We see the perfect correlation of the ears, but when it comes to the chins, both look square, but Doorman's looks wider: too wide. And that's part of the distortion. Lovelady's chin wasn't square at all. He had more of a Jay Leno type chin.

So, the squared-off chin on Doorman was definitely Oswald's, but it got widened by what they did.

Above, you can see how the chins look the same except that Doorman's is too wide. There's an extra ditty to it.

But, getting back to Larry's gif:

Larry restored the narrower chin. He restored the larger cranium and the different hairline without the central recession (although note that it's the mirror image of Oswald's hairline because of the left-to-right flip). The right ear is a perfect overlay, as they didn't do anything to it. The nose too is a perfect overlay, where on both we are seeing the long right nostril. That is 100% Oswald because Lovelady's nostrils were small and closed off, barely visible at all. I don't know how the guy got enough oxygen; he was probably a mouth breather. This animation demonstrates very well how much "extra" there is on the left side of Doorman's face. It's way too wide. That's all something else, not him. The eyes correlate very well, except that Oswald's right eye is not supposed to be swollen. But on the medial side, we are seeing the close approximation of the eye and the eye brow, in contrast to Lovelady who had a huge gap.

Do you see how Lovelady had a huge gap between his eyes and his eye brows? You see it in all his images.

You're not seeing that on Doorman. Do you understand what it means? It means that Lovelady wasn't Doorman.

I thank Larry for doing this magnificent work. For anyone to look at this and then say the Altgens photo wasn't altered, that it was sent out to the world- untouched- at 1:03 PM, is ridiculous. It is ludicrous. They tried, unsuccessfully, to convert Oswald into Lovelady. They thought no one would notice, but people noticed right away. People, the world over, saw the Altgens photo and said, "That's him! That's the guy! He's wearing the same clothes!"

Why do you think they made a public announcement that it wasn't Oswald, that it was another employee, Billy Lovelady? If it was just one or two people at the AP or the FBI, they wouldn't have said a word. Why do you think there was a frenzied effort to capture a photograph of Lovelady in the months following the assassination? Why do you think Lovelady got into a fight on the street with a guy who was trying to take his picture? It's because of the natural tendency of people to believe their own eyes over what the government tells them. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain." They've been telling us that our whole lives.
