So, Curry, supposedly, organized the Midnight Press Conference because the press was hounding him for access to Oswald, even though they were getting more than any other high profile prisoner ever.

But, you can't tell me that the press was demanding for Oswald to make a statement. It's one thing if they got to ask him questions, but for him to give a speech first? And what exactly did the Police tell Oswald?

"Look, Oswald, we are taking you to the basement where you are going to address the press."

"You mean I can say anything I want?"

"That's right. And then they'll ask you questions. You are going to have your very own press conference."

Supposedly, the issue was whether he was being mistreated. So, reporters could ask him questions about that. "Are you being mistreated?" It didn't call for a speech. So, why did they start with a speech?

I'm telling you: it was to kill him. It was going to be just like the Manchurian Candidate where the guy gets shot while giving a speech. Why would the police want to give Oswald the opportunity to announce that he was being denied a lawyer? That they weren't even questioning him about the JFK assassination? That they never even told him that he was a suspect, the suspect? They knew these things were highly irregular. They actually got a lawyer for Ruby right away. Why was it worth it for them to give Oswald a microphone with which he could say anything he wanted, and not just to reporters, but to the world?

Think about it: they wouldn't give Oswald a lawyer because of what he would tell the lawyer. Yet, they were going to let him speak to the whole world?

The only way it was worth it to them was for Oswald to be shot. My hunch is that Ruby never made it into the room.

If you watch this tape with Dan Rather and Bob Huffaker, you see one side of the room with the inclusion of the the Ruby still image, and then later you see the other side of the room. You never see this image anywhere.

And how can it be real when they are trying to claim that the other image is real?

This video shows a lot of footage of the conference room, and you don't see either Ruby image above.

In this video below, the camera scans the room and we see it, wide angle.

Of course, it's very blurry, but they do that deliberately when they don't want you to see it too well. But, then it jumps to this:

You see how zoomed that is in comparison, but why? It had no significance at the time. And then it settles on "Ruby". And look how different the lighting is.

One thing is certain: this guy is not Jack Ruby.

And the other image of Ruby is fake; it got added to the film, and they did it very cleverly to cover up the fact that the still image showed no movement. They kept it all still for several seconds so that you could see Ruby, and then when it returned to moving film, it quickly moved away from Ruby, cutting him from view. Watch it again in the Wizard's gif.

And that is exactly how it looks in the footage. The Wizard deserves a lot of credit for finding this. We have no evidence that Ruby was in that room, and therefore, he probably wasn't, and that may be why the shooting of Oswald got called off.
