What Simpich and Schnapf did instead was get some guy to claim that Oswald was eating in the 2nd floor lunch room at the time of the shooting. AND THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE! For one, Oswald said he ate in the 1st floor lunch room, and why would he lie? For two, he preferred to eat there because there was a newspaper there for him to read. For three, there was a shelf there for him to store his lunch, which he did. He came with one that morning: "a cheese sandwich and an apple from Mrs. Paine's house." So, there is NO CHANCE that Oswald ate in the 2nd floor lunch room. But, there's more. If you read the testimony of Officer Marrion Baker, he said that Oswald was JUST GETTING to the 2nd floor lunch room, just walking into it, at 12:31 when he first saw him. So, if Oswald was just getting to the 2nd floor lunch room at 12:31, if he was on the move doing that, how could he already have been there at 12:30? Oswald was in the doorway at 12:30, and he walked from the doorway to the 2nd floor lunch, and we know the route he took. He used the elegant stairs in the northeast corner of the building right next to the doorway. And they only went one flight- to the 2nd floor. And that means of course that there is no way he came down from the 6th floor. He went up from the 1st floor not down from the 6th floor. Tannenbaum, Simpich, and Schnapf LOST that trial The preponderance of the jurors voted to convict Oswald. If Larry had presented his overlays of Oswald and Doorman, those jurors would have voted to acquit. I can't forgive Siimpich and Scnapf for what they did. They blew it. Larry would have won the case for them and made history. They just threw it away.
