Question: I would like to know how that error came about in when the FBI agent was listening to Baker and writing down what he said. Baker didn't say anything about a Coke. Nor did he mention seeing a Coke machine.

There are two corrections there. In the first one, the FBI agent wrote "or third floor" and Baker crossed it all out and wrote the word "floor" above it and put his initials. Then, it said "drinking a Coke" which Baker crossed out and initialed. But, if he didn't say it, why did the FBI agent write it? Where did the FBI agent get it from?

So, the first thing we have to determine is: did the FBI agent let Baker talk and write down what he was saying on the spot? Or, did the FBI agent listen to Baker's whole story and then sit down somewhere and write it?

I don't know, but I'm inclined to think it was the latter because how else could the the errors get there? Try to imagine it. Baker is talking. The FBI agent is listening and writing. Baker says nothing about seeing Oswald with a Coke. And the FBI suddenly adds it to the narrative?
