What, did they have a hair salon up on the 5th floor jail, did they? And notice that Ruby's shirt is buttoned on the right. But, isn't it implied that his buttons got ripped off on the left? Why else would it be unbuttoned? That occurred during the melee', right? However, they forgot all about his jacket. Look: the fact is, when you do this fake stuff, it's hard to keep track of everything. I know because I made a movie. And that's what this was. And part of the script was that they got Ruby down to his underwear on the 5th floor, and that really happened. That's not fiction. But then, they added that they replaced his underwear, and that is total fiction. It was a City Jail. Detainees were held until they were arraigned, which was within 24 hours, and that's by law in Texas. Then the judge did one of four things: he either dismissed the charges for insufficient evidence or police misconduct; or he released the defendant on bail, or he released him on his own recognizance, or he remanded him to the County Jail. Whatever way it went, the guy wasn't staying at the City Jail. So, why replace any of his clothes? They didn't replace any of Oswald's clothes. And that reminds me of something, stay tuned.
