My Stretch of Texas Ground is going to be screened at the prestigious Gulf Coast Film and Video Festival in Houston in late September, one of the most prestigious film festivals in Texas.

So, I couldn't refrain from informing the guys at Texas Monthly who attacked the film so viciously, Dan Solomon and Christopher Hooks. This is my email to them:

The prestigious Gulf Coast Film and Video Festival in Houston has selected and will be screening My Stretch of Texas Ground in late September. Perhaps you'd like to cover it for Texas Monthly.

But, it's just the latest success for the film. A few days from now, it will be screened at a festival in England. Next weekend, it will be screened at Cinemafest at the fabled Carriage House Theater outside Buffalo. It is also scheduled to be screened at festivals in Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, and Germany, and it has already won festivals in Chile and Venezuela.

This film exposes the war crimes and atrocities of the U.S. government in its monstrous post 9/11 wars which have killed over 2 million people. And that's according to American researchers. Everything stated in the film, every fact and figure cited, is true and undisputed.

You did an evil thing.
