No, Backes. Once again, you are wrong.

The only issue regarding the time factor is him getting to his room by 1:00. And it works out perfectly for him to have gotten there by 1:00 if he took the bus and cab.

Now, what he did after that is a totally separate issue.

You might say the clock starts over.

The bus and cab rides only concern him getting to his boarding room by 1:00. That's it. That's all. Nothing else.

William Whaley drove SOMEBODY to the 500 block of N. Beckley. Just listen to him:

Whaley was not an actor. He was not a conspirator in the JFK assassination. Frankly, he was not a liar because he couldn't possibly lie that well. If you have any ability to read people at all, you know that Whaley was on the level.

He explained why he wrote up all his trips as 15 minutes long. And if you look at his manifest, he didn't he even have one for the 12:45 to 1:00 interval. If he had one there, a different person, I could see why people would be troubled since that was when he was actually transporting Oswald. But, he had had no one there for that slot, and therefore, it left that whole half-hour, from 12:30 to 1:00, open to Oswald, making the whole issue irrelevant.

I dare anyone to watch this video and claim that this man was lying.
