Backes is trying to hasten along after his ridiculous rant about the incline of Elm Street.

So, I explained to him that you can be at the top of an incline looking down or at the bottom of an incline looking up, and either way, it's still an incline. And I provided dictionary definitions to prove it. 

So, did he admit that he was wrong? that he was mistaken? No. Remember the rule: Being stupid means never having to say you're wrong. 

So, to change the subject quickly without owning up to his stupidity, he goes on a rant against Saintly Oswald. And yes, it's true that SO accuses Jackie of being involved and Greer of shooting, which I do not, and that's why I didn't mention SO. But, there are others besides SO who question whether Mary Moorman really took the Moorman photo.

In the picture above, Mary Moorman could not have shot the Moorman photo of fame yet because the motorcycle cops had already passed the person who took the Moorman photo.

As you can see, the motorcycle cops are in the viewing area of the Moorman photo. So, let's go back to the Muchmore film and see how it looks by the time the motorcycle cops pass Mary.

By the time, the motorcycle cops pass Mary, Clint Hill is in action, and she would have captured that. Furthermore, the motorcycle cop closest to us has gained some ground on where he was in the Moorman photo. Therefore, the Moorman photo had to be taken before that, which puts us back here:

It does not make any sense for MM to have waited until Kennedy passed before taking his picture. Why wait? The Babushka Lady is turned at that angle, and she had that guy in front of her, blocking her view straight-away. So, it makes some sense for her, but not for Mary Moorman.

This is very unsettling because Mary Moorman was standing there facing Elm Street squarley as JFK's limo was approaching. It made perfect sense for her to snap the shudder when he reached her, when he was lined up with her. I could see that she might have taken the picture a little BEFORE he got to her. That I could understand. But for her to wait until he reached her and then passed her and then take it? Why on Earth would she do that? 

  
And, as Saintly Oswald pointed out, we know from the Zapruder film that Mary Moorman was not panning with her camera; she wasn't turning her head or her body; she wasn't moving.  She just held it to her face and then she snapped the picture. We never see her pivoting or twisting. She's motionless. She's in a photo-taking freeze. That's what people do. They know that they have to be perfectly still to take a clear sharp picture. So, she was waiting for JFK to get to her, and then she was going to take her picture. So, why didn't she? Why did she let him pass her before taking it?  And how did she take the picture without turning herself? And why, why, why, would she do such a thing rather than just taking it when he reached her? There was no reason not to. 

Backes, I am INCLINED to think that Mary Moorman did NOT take the Moorman photo. I know you don't know what the word "incline" means, but in this case, it means that I lean towards the idea that she didn't take it. And on this crucial points concerning this issue, you haven't begun to challenge me or Saintly Oswald. I don't agree with him about everything, but I do agree with him that the visuals do NOT match Mary Moorman having taken this picture.
